The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is an international financial institution founded in 1991. As a multilateral developmental investment bank, the EBRD uses investment as a tool to build market economies. Initially focused on the countries of the former Eastern Bloc it expanded to support development in more than 30 countries from Central Europe to Central Asia. Similar to other multilateral development banks, the EBRD has members from all over the world (North America, Africa, Asia and Australia, see below), with the biggest shareholder being the United States, but only lends regionally in its countries of operations. Headquartered in London, the EBRD is owned by 69 countries and two EU institutions, the 69th being India since July 2018. Despite its public sector shareholders, it invests in private enterprises, together with commercial partners.

• Spectraline is Capital Infrastructure Projects subcontractor that converges state-of-the-art technologies to provide turn-key solutions.
• Successfully completed work for Faliro Bay Renovation (Phase 1) Project "Attica's Riviera". All Electromechanical installations for twin tunnels, water pumping installations, SCADA, 2500KVA of installed power. (Part of a 150M€ project)
• Successfully undertook as subcontractor railway communications and signaling projects, such as construction
of the fiber-optics based telecom network for the Ikonio-Thriasio rail line linking COSCO Pier II of the Piraeus
Container Terminal (PCT) with the core rail network (Part of a 153M€ project).
• Managed a team of 2 engineers and 8 technicians.
• Repaired part of the fiber-optics network of the railway line Athens-Salonika (Part of a 52M€ project).
• Repaired part of the fiber-optics network of the Piraeus Port Authority (PPA) at the Container Terminal.
• Repaired part of the CCTV network of Urban Rail Transport SA (Athens Metro Line 1).
• Entered strategic partnership with Protergia SA, Member of Mytilineos Group (1.4B€ Revenues, 2500
employees) to provide consulting and technical support to their customers.

• Renewal of the substructure and superstructure of the rail tracks and strengthening of the Tunnel from
Omonoia to Monastiraki of ISAP SA (Athens- Piraeus Electric Railway) (109M€ budget).
• Supervised crews installing the Passenger Information System (PIS), removing and reinstalling trackside
components of the FTGS signaling system.
• Designated and integrated to the Quality Control System processes and guidelines pertaining to the signaling
and electric traction equipment removal and reinstallation.

• Telecommunications and Computer Network Development and Maintenance. Contracts awarded by diverse companies and organizations such as Public Power Corporation S.A (PPC) Organization Dept., Unification of the Archaeological Sites of Athens and medical devices innovator Micrelmed SA.

• Participated in Infosoc projects in partnership with clients, within the framework of the Regional Operational Program 2000-2006 and co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

Smart-grid applications. Power load control pilot via Broadband over Power Line (BPL) networks on behalf of the PPC. Implemented in rural area near Larissa, Greece. More than 100km of BPL network installed and over 100 BPL units manufactured and installed (1.8M€ budget).

HellasSat Offer of Services in Telecommunications (HOST) under supervision of the European Space Agency (ESA).

HOST was a set of pilot services/projects implemented using the Greek Satellite (Hellas Sat 2) as a platform

(1.7M€ budget).
