• Led, the roll out & execution of 1st Physical Inventory count using end to end the newly implemented ERP System (INFOR Syteline), by aligning a cross functional team of 60 people.
• Led, the implementation of an Upgraded Budgeting / forecasting process, unifying tools, financial models & reporting templates, reducing time & improving speed by 25%-50% per process on average.
