- Recording, Updating and monitoring Customs and shipping documents across the database systems
- Reporting Daily, monthly, Quarterly and yearly container terminal statistics to the higher management.
- Monitoring Container terminal operations .
- troubleshooting issues regarding Import and Export documents.
- Reporting Required Statistics by Port Authorities.
- implementation and adherence of the rules and policies mandated by the authorities.
- providing costumers with information and consult if needed.
- Making sure the operation runs smoothly 24/7 non-stop.
- Business Development and Strategic planning to meet short term and long-term goals.
- Managing, Recruiting, Training and positioning terminal staff.
- Oversee budgets and expenditure of the terminal.
- Maintaining Cost efficiency and Profit margins for the whole operation.
- Purchase, installment and administrating the Terminal handling software for both the external and internal users.
- Coordinating Vessel and port operation, including Trucks and container handling machinery allocation.
- Monitoring smoothness of the operations to all ends 24/7 nonstop.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction trough continuous communication and regular monthly and yearly meetings.
- Implementing and educating towards compliance with the rules and regulations imposed by the port authority and international conventions regarding Health, safety, environment and cargo work.
- Business analysis reporting to the board members.
