A)
Financial Closing:

Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Supervise accounting team and check the work prepared such as journal entries, payment, and receipt vouchers.

Prepare financial statements for year-end, quarterly, and monthly closings.

Prepare and monitor monthly, weekly bank reports, and reviewing monthly bank reconciliations.

Prepare accounts for external audits and support audit process.

Ability to work closely with management to develop practical solutions to daily financial and operational issues.

Coordinate with other departments for financial decision-making.
B)
Tax’s (VAT & WHT):

Preparation of VAT reports for input and output, reconciliation of discrepancies, and submission for VAT returns.

Adjustments of VAT returns to benefit from the cancellation of Fines and Exemption of Penalties Initiative from ZATCA.

Preparation of Withholding reports, review all payments to foreign vendors and classify these payments if it related to material or service imports.
C)
Accounts Receivable:

Monitor customer balances, track payment trends, and identify and report overdue accounts.

Generate and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to highlight past-due accounts

Contact and follow up with customers on overdue accounts to resolve issues and ensure timely payment

Prepare and provide periodic and timely AR reports to management and sales teams to support decision-making and client relationships. Oversee billing, credit management, and collection processes.
D)
Accounts Payable:

Preparing and following up reports on accounts payable for payments, aging and vendor invoices.

Reviewing vendor invoices, confirming accuracy against purchase orders and delivery notes.

Reconciling various financial entries, such as prepayments, advances, and vendor SOA, with the GL.

Ensuring that all transactions and payments comply with accounting regulations and company policies.

Auditing employee expense claims and analyzing expenses per department.
