Construction and development off Rural and Urban (Highway Contract-40Cr.) Roads and ancillary works for Kanchipuram, Tiruvallur, and Changalpattu Districts in., and its own development off Residential apartments (Value off the Project -8Cr.)in Vandalur and Medavakkam.
Development of the Common Infrastructure and IT.Admin Building (1.0lac.Sqft.)Contracting Works (Value -50 Cr.) at Salem and Hosur.
The above works I have Coordinated with clients from Govt.Sectors etc., Resolving construction related queries, Controlling the contractors and material vendors for to get approval from client's, as well as to recommend the vendors for their upcoming projects. On behalf of the client we are the on site client to manage entire works, cost analysis, checking shop drawings, Maintaining with safety and quality control related issues and succeeding the project within the schedule limit.
