1. Development of the Airport Master Plan and monitor all proposed developments are in line with the original master plan.
2. Develops design and procurement schedules for approval.
3. Co-ordinates with Procurement/Contracts to establish work package plans for Construction and aligns design deliverable to support package plan.
4. Conducts reviews of the Design Consultants submissions with the Client’s Engineering Manager, other Client stakeholders, and external stakeholders/statutory bodies, in order to obtain their approvals.
5. Reviews design documents for quality and compliance with standards and good engineering practice.
6. Reviews and obtains approval of design documents, change orders, material requisitions and specifications for construction or procurement use.
7. Prepares, approves or recommends approval of project procedures for engineering, as required.
8. Engineering activities in preparation of project proposals, including estimates for engineering staffing, quantities, scope reviews, schedules and coordination with Business Development and other functional groups.
9. Review of Construction drawings, Contractor’s submittals including letters, work program, progress reports, method statements, shop drawings, Request for Inspections/Approvals and send responses to Contractor. Review the scope of work, Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ), specification.
10. PAPI Sitting Calculation and Harmonization with Glide Path (GP).
11. Responsible for Execution, testing Commissioning of CAT III B Airfield lighting system, includes CAT III B approaches at both end (LED inset & elevated), Inset Runway edge (LED) and Inset Runway end lights (LED), PAPI, Runway Center Line (LED) lights, Touch down lights (LED), Inset & Elevated Runway Guard Light (LED), Inset & Elevated Stop Bar Light (LED), Inset threshold and threshold wing bar lights (LED), Inset Taxiway Edge light and Center line lights (LED), Sensor Loop(Induction) and Runway and Taxiway Guidance signs.
12. Manage vendors and supervise the work to its completion in accordance with project safety and quality standards.
13. Plans, directs and coordinates engineering activities for the project, or assigned portion, including supervision of engineers.
14. Assist in establishing the detailed project execution plan and the development of the overall project engineering budget and schedule. Supervises the inputs to the engineering elements of a project capital estimate (proposals and execution) quantities and budgets.
15. Supervising the preparation of, reviews and provide recommendations for procurement of equipment material and services within Engineering’s scope of responsibility.
16. Resolves field initiated questions on engineering.
17. Coordinates activities among the design groups on the project.
18. Initiates requests for specialized professional services.
19. Initiates Client correspondence related to the engineering portion of the contract.
20. Reviews and provides reports on project engineering progress and performance against approved schedules and control points; evaluates changes and takes corrective action when required; Establishes reporting systems with the Design Consultants, and ensures that these are maintained.
21. Attend and prepare minutes of progress meetings, check snags, As Built drawings, prepare final account of project.
22. Develop progress reports for electrical works and complete progress updates in accordance with project weekly and monthly reporting requirements.
23. Taken role of acting Resident Engineer couple of times as delegated in the absence of Resident Engineer.
24. Assisted R.E. for handling critical, challenging projects including E.O.T claims, Variations, review of work program etc. and ensured project implementation as per the Specifications, QA/QC procedures within budget.

1. Responsible for Execution, testing Commissioning of CAT I lighting system, includes CAT I approaches at one end, Simple Approach, Runway edge and end lights, PAPI, threshold and threshold wing bar lights, Taxiway Edge light, Runway Turning Pad and Runway and Taxiway Guidance signs.
2. Preparation & submission of project schedule in MS project & internal department to meet the required delivery of the project. .
3. Responsible for commissioning of 4000 KVA DG set and erection and commissioning of 33/.415 KV indoor electrical substation.
4. Responsible for building electrical of Passenger terminal building including Illumination, HVAC system, emergency power backup and Building Fire detection and Protection system etc.
5. Accountable for executing, testing, commissioning of fire system comprise of Detection, Protection and Fire Hydrant system.
6. Responsible for Installation testing commissioning of Chiller Plant (HVAC System).
7. Responsible for checking design documents received from consultant.
8. Day to day supervision of all M&E construction work for Quality, conformity; according to Method statements, Approved work procedures & Plans to meet the delivery of project with in the stipulated time.
9. Review the scope of work, Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ), specification.
10. Review Drawing (Electrical), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and Method Statements.

3. Responsible for erection and commissioning of Microprocessor base CCR and its remote control system.
4. Responsible for execution of the 11 KV power ring including 75 km HT and LT cable laying and its termination, erection and commissioning of 750 KVA DG set and erection and commissioning of 11/.415 KV indoor substation.
5. Responsible for checking design documents received from Designers.
6. Preparing and response of (RFP/RFI/RFQ) and standard proposal for opportunities.
7. Review the scope of work, Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ), specification.
8. Review Drawing (Electrical), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and Method Statements.
9. Design the quality plan, quality formats, site checklists & Work method of statement.
10. Day to day supervision of construction work for Quality, conformity; according to Method statements, Approved work procedures & Plans.
11. Ensure electrical BOQ’s are in line with specification requirement, value engineering is accurate and released for procurement on to a subcontractor in a timely fashion.
12. Review and approve electrical specifications before issue to vendors/ subcontractors

installation, testing, commissioning of Runway 11 - 29 of total length of 4800m which is a bi-directional runway with CATIII B approaches at both the end. The runway is equipped with Runway centerline lights, Runway edge and end lights, PAPI, approach, threshold and threshold wing bar lights, Sequence flashing system, Runway threshold identification lights, Distance remaining signs and Runway exit Guidance signs also associated Taxiways equipped with taxiway centerline lights, TW edge lights and Stop bar lights independently switch able and interlocked with the lead in centerline lights. The taxiways are also equipped with taxiway guidance signs and also installation testing and commissioning of Microprocessor Constant Current Regulator (CCR ) and Airfield Lighting Control and monitoring system CAT IIIB.
Installation Testing and Commissioning of Visual Docking Guidance System for new T3 building.
Operation and maintenance of Main RUNWAY 10/28, 11/29 and 09/27 Runway along with associated taxiways.
Rehabilitation of 09/ 27 RUNWAY AGL CAT I works at Delhi Airport, since it is an old runway, Re-circuiting works were done and achieved all the Civil Aviation Requirements, DGCA has visited, tested and approved for the operations.
Rehabilitation of 10/28 RUNWAY AGL CAT III B works at Delhi Airport, since it is an old runway, Re-circuiting works were done and achieved all the Civil Aviation Requirements, DGCA has visited, tested and approved for the operations.

Responsible for installation, testing and commissioning of Airfield Lighting Systems for Cat I like Runway edge and end lights, PAPI, approach, threshold and threshold wing bar lights, Sequence flashing system, Distance remaining signs and Runway exit Guidance signs..
Responsible for cable pulling, installation of Transformer, Circuit Testing & Dressing.
Responsible for installation, testing and commissioning of all CCR & all AGL System.
Develop progress reports for electrical works and complete progress updates in accordance with project weekly and monthly reporting requirements.
