I have worked in the above full time position since August 2011 to present time(12 months). I have helped in establishing this brand new facility in East India.This has involved doing clinical work(patient care), performing oculoplastic, orbital and phaco surgery and training of medical and paramedical staff, all to high standards.

I have worked in the above position since April 2010 to July 2011(14 months) and restarted the eye department that was not functioning for more than 6 months. Therefore, I have acquired valuable experience of performing clinical ophthalmology as well as management and administration.

I have worked in the above position between August 2009 to March 2010(8 months) and managed general ophthalmology as well as oculoplasty cases independently. My main areas of interests are eyelid, lacrimal and orbit surgeries, ocular prosthetics, phacoemulsification cataract surgery, and botox clinics.

I have worked in the UK as a doctor registered with the GMC, UK between 1997-2008 (11 years) in various posts including Senior House Officer, Trust Ophthalmologist and Staff Grade Ophthalmologist amongst which the last 6 years have been independent work.
Between December 1999 and December 2007, I have worked as a Staff ophthalmologist in Victoria Hospital, Blackpool, England. In this post, I have done routine clinical work and independent phaco surgery and Laser clinics apart from academics and training juniors. From 2004 to 2007, I have undergone annual appraisal of my post.
