· Review the Organization structure and check the manpower and their jobs.
· Assess the employee’s behavior competencies (such as talent assessment, new employee assessment,
orientation assessment, effective employee relationships, including negotiation and administering
employee agreements and new employees).
· Prepare and Support the data for KPI.
· Prepare and control the Organization Structures.
· Analyzing the data from HR information system & database management.
· Screening the CV.
· Arrange the interview process.
· Support the HR development needs.
· Partnership with top management and department managers for organizational strengthen
enhancement.
· Performing the jobs assigned by Management.
· Review employee performance and support the performance management project.
· Support to Recruitment & Selection Section.
· Lead the HR process implementation and HR Audit process for Sub-Branches.
· Car License Arrangement.
· Arrange the car request and delivery.
· Control the car gasoline usage.
· Assist in payroll operation by providing the relevant data (Leave, Late, Absences, SSB, OT)
· Document office expense and prepare monthly expense report.
· Assist and support data to Manager.
· Providing day to day information and advice to management on general HR related activities or issues.
· Make Travel arrangement (air tickets, car rental, hotel, etc).
· Monitor the office requirement.
· Compile and update the employee record.
· Assist in payroll operation by providing the relevant data. (Leaves, Late, Absences, SSB, OT)
· Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
· Maintain office supply inventories.
· Assist to Manager day to day operations of the admin, HR functions and duties.
