Preparing financial statements, supporting schedules in compliance with GAAP
Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures and account reconciliations
Maintain the general ledger including journal entries, account analysis & reconciliation,
Monthly general ledger scrutiny to check for accuracy of accounting entries
Analyse revenues, commissions & expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately
Variance analysis - comparing actual performance to budgeted figures
Preparing division, channel wise & brand wise Profit and Loss each month
Managing day to day accounting activities of the company
Supervise receiving, verifying and posting supplier invoices in ledger
Performs monthly analysis on vendor payments
Ensure timely payment and correct settlements with suppliers
Preparation, review and timely submission of monthly MIS to Management
Maintains all accounts payable files and answers vendor inquires
Prepare monthly review packs in close co-ordination with Manager
Entrusted with preparation of monthly management accounts with supporting Schedule
Preparation of Annual operating plans for the region
Consolidation of Budgets & their tracking
Preparation & Analysis of Monthly Business Report (MBR) of all the circles
Cash flow management and forecasting
Managing Accounts Payables for the Network division
Managing accounts reconciliations including Vendor/Bank/Customers etc
Track expenses & monthly comparison of actual revenues & budget
>Conducting regular accounting reviews of GL accounts along with Financial Statements Review.
>Compiling Monthly Income Statement and balance sheet.
>Managing cost accounting programs Standard Costing, Break Even Analysis, Marginal Costing, Cost Sheet and reconciliation of cost & financial accounts.
>Formulating annual budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.
>Preparation of monthly & annually Group reporting pack
>Ensuring payment of statutory dues on time including TDS and service tax through E payment mode.
>Monthly Payroll processing & its accounting
>Review of Employee reimbursements and tracking of Employee advances
>Entrusted with Standard costing, Actual Product Costing, Cost estimation for new parts, costing for export order
>Support Financial MIS (Overhead expenses, utility, energy consumption tracking etc)
>Cost Sheet preparation, Overhead Costing, Gross Profit Analysis
>Preparation of product wise profitability statement for existing products and Preparation of costing for new products to help in pricing
