· As an Associate Project Manager, I have the key responsibility of Client Requirement Analysis, Client Interaction, Client Management & Handling Client Queries
· Lionbridge has developed multiple software’s for localization, which assists the translators with their projects, making it swifter and easier to have the job completed in expected delivery timeframe
· Working with AGILE project management methodology, I had to plan and be prepared for the requests made from client for urgent and crucial deliveries, which was as common practice at Lionbridge
· Getting the team ready and prepared as per the clients heads up of upcoming projects, ensuring smooth deliveries aiming maximum client satisfaction
· Vendor management plays a significant part in success of the projects I own. Resolving vendor queries and generating PO’s of the project’s delivered are part of my profile
· Creating Gemini, updating Gemini, raising PA\PO, review Budgets in Gemini, set projects to complete, Own Gross Margins on the account are associated to my financial duties
· Other financial reports & activities include Invoicing, Forecasting, Month end activities & Creating Quotations\RFPs, QBR (actively take part in internal\external QBR"s)
· With the above there are key project manager duties that I adhere to, which are, Pre-sales support, Scope management, Project Planning, Production management
· As an Analyst-Supplier Enablement, I was working with the project and client procurement teams to define supplier enablement strategy, including supplier categorization, preferred buying channels, supplier onboarding and contract management, through to analysis and reporting
· GEP having their Procure to Pay web-based software, which was customizable, understanding clients need and providing them the best solution, was one of the key responsibilities
· Working with SCRUM project management methodology, I would plan the implementation of the software to make sure the development or client request, goes live in sprints as per the schedule
· Support suppliers in creating their catalogues through catalogue validation activities
· Participate on development and management of the Supplier Enablement Project Plan
· Leading Forum Meetings for suppliers to be onboarded
· Continually build trust relationships with customers and suppliers
· Establish and manage loyal relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts
· Translate client business requirements for internal technical team (Product Management Teams) and ensure that the product/service is delivered to the client per requirements and timeline
· Document the to be enablement process
· Display deep knowledge of GEP products and markets and deliver demos when needed
· Working with the procurement team to identify suppliers across countries
· I have worked on integration projects for clients from Food & Packaging, Pharmaceutical, Fund Raisers, Service & Maintenance industry.
· As a Vendor-Strategic Account Manager, I was a focal point of contact after the client goes live. The critical aspects of this job were to manage customer relationships, expectations, customer business assessment, risk analysis and customer satisfaction
· eClinicalWorks being an Electronic Health Record software company, I had to make sure that each integration project flows in sync between the vendors and client
· Being part of Integration Project Management team, had additional responsibility of work allocation and create daily reports
· Working with Waterfall project management methodology, it was very crucial to support in completion of each stage, before the team could move on next stage of the software implementation
· Communicate with assigned clients to assess their comfort level with the eClinicalWorks EHR, understand their business operations, and help them reach their goals through our “Know Your Client” initiative.
· Understand clients’ practices including growth opportunities and risks so that you recognize and act upon opportunities to maximize the benefits of EHR implementation.
· Carry out detailed SWOT analysis for clients to identify and document potential issues, assess impacts, and recommend solutions.
· Analyze practices and recommend products, features, and/or services to improve clients’ workflows and patient care.
· Manage client requests and expectations by working with internal eClinicalWorks teams, including Interfaces, Project Management, Technical Support, Development, and Information Technology
