Make quotation as per scheduling prepared by schedule department and get it approved within limits or negotiate with regional sales manager for further discounts
Prepare submittals to customers
Forward samples and coordinate with project consultants/clients
Prepare master key plan and get it approved
Find new customers and discuss with senior managers possibility of servicing them

Negotiate terms with customers as per UBM cash and credit policy
Order materials in coordination with order processing or check availability of stocks
Invoice materials in coordination with sales coordinators
Ensure collections as per credit terms with customers
Completion of customer documentation as per company instruction (e.g. credit application etc)
Support and share information with the team
Collection of market intelligence and transfer to data base
