At Shell, I successfully led transition and transformation projects, including the Perimeter infrastructure transition from AT&T to in-house management, resulting in significant cost savings. I implemented key systems such as Panorama (Palo Alto), Symantec for Bluecoat proxies, and Cisco Prime, managing multiple vendors to ensure seamless transitions. I spearheaded the Zero Trust initiative using Zscaler. My role encompassed managing stakeholder expectations, project budgets, scope, schedules, and change management, ensuring timely delivery. I also oversaw critical setups like Zoning firewalls in global data centres and am currently managing the program to implement and migrate to a robust Zscaler architecture.
