Responsible for assessing, validating, logging, acknowledging and
maintaining a data base of CVs for all the onboard positions.
* Understand the crew requirement and compliance effectively
* Recruit the most compatible crew for the fleet within the budget
as per company standards.
* Check and verify crew qualifications and documents prior hiring.
* Arrange crew recruitment, mobilization, monitor onboard
performance and repatriation formalities.
* Ensure to comply with pre joining and sign off formalities with
documentation as per company requirements.
* Create, update and archive crew documents on Poseidon.
* Validate completeness and validity of crew documents against
company requirements and regulations
* Monitor and execute crew changes on company vessels and
managed vessels.
* Manage and coordinate with preferred manning agencies
according to the set standard requirements.
* Support and assist the crewing manager in the management of
crew staff and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Prepare and submit necessary documents of the crew to the
client ( ADNOC ) as and when necessary/requested.
* Identify the local training requirements of the crew in accordance
with the client requirement and schedule them accordingly.
* Prepare and submit the weekly and monthly crewing report and
crew accruals report.
* Plan, organize and manage the day to day crewing personnel
functions are in compliance with HR policies and procedures
* Liaise with other departments for smooth and effective crew
planning
* Manage vessel visits and to be complied with company guidelines
* Maintain a high level of crew retention.
* To carry out interviews for all the onboard ranks and pass on the
selected cvs to the appropriate department for further interview.
* Responsible for handling / applying the crew Flag State License
Residence, Mission, Seaman Visas as required.
* Responsible for applying oil field security passes and seaman
cards for the crew onboard.

* Coordinating with port agents and travel agencies in mobilization
of crew to the vessel / Crew Scheduling with minimum cost and
maintain a competitive opex.
* Ensure that the vessel and the crew on board are up to the Client
Requirements and Standards in all aspects.

tasks.

Human Resource :

• Prepare employee’s day-to-day passport requisition, salary certificate request, employment certificate requests and all types of certificates as per the request of the employee inline with the company policy and regulation.
• To perform general secretarial duties, as and when required by the department.
• Maintain and improve HR filing system and Employee personnel file for Office and Sea staff.
• Compensation and Benefits administration. Ensure proper payroll processing for all staff, visa renewals, medical claims and other non-cash benefit claims on monthly basis.
• Administer exit procedures for leavers starting from resignation acceptance, exit check list, visa cancellation.
• Oracle HRMS application maintenance of employee file, leave administration, leave approvals and duty resumptions.
• Time and Attendance monitoring, Ensure HR policy on time and attendance is being upheld by the employees.
• Attend and respond to audit meetings and requirements.
• To provide Human Resource induction to the new employees.
Crewing & Recruitment:
• Form part of Ship Management Team and Crewing Department in Jebel Ali, Cyprus, Yemen & Egypt to be overall in charge in ensuring the vessel to be fully fit in terms of crewing requirement and certified as per the requirements of STCW2010, MLC2006.
• Responsible for handling / applying the crew Flag State License.
• In charge of monitoring and keeping track of crew /officers performance and crew administration while being on board.
• Coordinating with port agents and travel agencies in mobilization of crew to the vessel.
• Ensure that the vessel and the crew on board are up to the Client Requirements and Standard in all aspects.
• Monitor and follow-up timely completion of the annual Employee Performance Appraisals for sea staff.
• Coordinate with the port agents for all the operational related tasks.
• Monitoring crew movement and facilitate monthly payroll requirement for all the sea staff and internship candidates.
• Site and Vessel inspections to be carried out as per the schedule.
• To provide crewing induction to the new sea staff.
• To coordinate with the Port agents for Signon and Signoff.
• To apply Safe Manning Certificates for the Tugs during relocation.
Health Safety Environmental and Quality Initiatives :
- Vessel and Onboard inspections as per Management visit / schedule.
- Monitor changes of Marine Related legislations.
- Participate in safety drills onboard to access the effectiveness.
- Carry out incident investigations.
- Monitor validity of Management certificates.
- Assist in implementation of Company’s Management system.

all the designated tugs and rigs.
* Arrange schedule for candidate interviews, along with the line
manager.
* Schedule relevant inductions, trainings for all the new joiners.
* Schedule ADMA, ZADCO induction, interviews and medical for
the personnel joining on the tugs operating in their oil fields.
* Coordinate with the relevant Oil field incharge to arrange for the
signon and signoff for the crew onboard tugs and rigs which do
not have regular port calls.
