Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor quality systems for the project as per the Contract.
Prepare Project Quality Plan, Construction Quality Plan and other controlled documents as per Contract.
Resource planning for the project quality team.
Lead, direct and manage quality team.
Review project performance, identifying and reporting quality problems or trends of project quality performance.
Liaise with the Project Management Team, Client, Third Parties, Suppliers and Subcontractors as appropriate on quality related issues.
Identify Quality Risks, highlight to Management and monitor mitigations.
Ensure Lessons Learned process is effectively implemented.
Monitor Project KPIs and NCR trends during project execution.
Ensure Client’s requirements are adhered during Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation phase of the project.
Monitor and reinforce Fabrication yard and Site quality management systems.
Monitor Offshore Installation activities.
Responsibilities:

Ensure Right First Time (RFT) program is implemented during project execution.
•
Identify Quality Risks, highlight to Management and monitor mitigations.
•
Ensure lessons Learned from previous Projects are effectively implemented.
•
Ensure Flawless Project Delivery (FPD) implementation.
•
Monitor inspection cost within budgets.
•
Ensure CE- Marking and Certification requirements are adequately addressed during procurement of material and assembly of Systems on the platform/site.

Reinforce Site quality management systems.
•
Monitor Site quality function and support team to resolve technical issues.

Authorized Assessor for Inspection of Pressure Vessels to PED. Designated Surveyor for Ministry of Health, Labour & Welfare - Japan. Approved Inspector for Ministry of Manpower - Singapore.
