As a Production Planning Engineer. The Main responsibilities include preparing production plan & schedule for weekly and daily basis as per customer’s requirement, Project Tracking, Resource allocation, Man hour estimation, Material Handling and Controlling, Sub contract handling, and follow ups for expediting & MIS reporting for higher authorities. Receiving orders from the client and preparing budget for machines, materials and consumables on yearly basis. Maintaining 4M. As a Project Engineer Responsible for Installation, Testing and Commissioning & Maintenance of Escalators and Moving Walks. Responsible for site coordination with the Main Contractor and Other Subcontractor. Attending Site Coordination Meetings. Responsible for raising Trouble Reports to principals on technical matters. Responsible for handling re-construction, Investigation & Technical Query received from principals. Responsible for safety related matters at site .Planning of work process and arranging of facilities at site. Supervision of installation works. Control of materials and manpower at site. Checking of materials received at site. Taking corrective and preventive measures at site. Reporting to Installation Manager regarding progress, field staff welfare & safety. Responsible for stage-wise inspection and co-ordination with QA/QC Dept. Responsible for reporting / identifying any non-conformance related to product. To Furnishing site reports to the Installation Manager.

As a purchase executive I manage and report day- to-day functioning of the purchasing department, which calls for complete visibility on Open Purchase and Job Work Orders, Quotations, Pending Receipt - Suppliers/Subcontractor etc. Developing long-term partnership with suppliers; negotiating contracts and managing day-to-day supplier performance to ensure meeting of service, delivery and quality norms. Conducting supplier’s audits on a regular basis to measure supplier performance against Contractual standards and implement necessary corrective action. Conduct meeting with vendors to resolve pending issues.(Two vendors per month). Liaising and negotiating on rate with vendors for timely procurement of materials.
Cost reduction activities initiated by consolidating vendor base, negotiating with vendors and process improvements at vendor place. trying alternate materials and processes, increasing no. of cavities and standardizing raw materials. Implemented cost saving measures to achieve substantial reduction in terms of raw materials, transport solutions and clearances ensuring compliance of various quality measures.

As a Material Engineer Receiving they materials as per document, Raw material received by invoice Qty To Preparing for GRN, Material should be place in specific location, Maintain for 5s & 3c in stores, Stock level indication for FIFO BOARD, Every day cross verify inventory (perceptual inventory), Raw material issued by PPC PLAN, Material stock taken every end of month, Raw material maintain FIFO SEQUENCE, Raw material stock every day reporting to MD. To full fill the ISO/TS - 16949:2002 System Requirement such as 3C, 5S Maintenance, etc. Controlled receipt of materials from vendor through dynamic day wise schedules. Streamlined stores operations to ensure optimum inventory levels, maintain stock accuracy and quick issue to production.
Made vendors to maintain minimum inventory at their end and reduced inventory at our plant resulting in saving of inventory value and space. Conducting routine inspection & stock audits to ensure reconciliation of physical stock at the warehouse; carrying out disposal of surplus/ obsolete stock.
