Supplier Relationship & Export Coordination
• Maintaining and updating records of customer orders, scheduling, and shipping
• Coordinating with customers, shipping companies, and other internal departments to ensure timely delivery of
products
• Creating and maintaining detailed reports for tracking orders, deliveries, and payments
• Identifying and resolving any issues related to export compliance, such as documentation and customs regulations
• Negotiating with carriers to secure competitive shipping rates
• Maintaining communication with customers to provide updates on their orders
• Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and laws
