between our production staff, sales people and customers. Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time. Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers. Handling a high volume of customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of
service to each caller.
Supporting customers of JP Morgan Chase Bank, calling from United
States of America. Assisting customers for card replacement, PIN
replacement, Benefit availability and benefit dates, Transactions,
Claims etc. Documenting complaints in case of fraud, call from the law
Enforcement, and IVR issues.
Scheduling the meetings with the builders and supply necessary
information about Fiber Glass Room doors, Bathroom doors, Roof
sheets, Panel boards etc. and promote the products. Organizing
meetings with executives and line management to gather and convey
relevant information. Monitor day to day and monthly sales of the
products.
