• Successfully created a web site for the college(www.mitkannur.com)
• Played significant role in improving the CSE department of the college through nominating UML language instead of dataflow diagrams; launching forward engineering in project works and replacing MS Word documentation & PowerPoint slides with Latex documentation and presentation.
• Developed and introduced software that automated different department, college office works, AICTE documentation and exam cell. Also, created college websites and various simulations related to academics.
• Creatively designed 2 new computer labs with space effective table design.
• Carried out workshop on image processing and Mat Lab 7.3 as well as directed seminars on Graph theory, computational complexity and algorithms.
