≈ Bond Portfolio management - running corporate bonds
≈ Formulate funding and gaping strategies to take advantage of market movements while ensuring diversification of portfolio into low risk, high return assets.
≈ Ensure compliance to and reporting of all the internal risk management parameters and to external regulatory requirements.
≈ Prepare reports to management periodically on Financial Market movements & Treasury activities.
≈ Training Junior staffs in FX & MM dealings
Senior Dealer - Money Market & Fixed Income
≈ Foreign Currency Money Market book management (USD equivalent 5 billion)
≈ Swap book management through Money Market desk in GCC & G10 currencies.
≈ Ratio Managements in MM (Liquidity, Customer Deposit to Loan Ratio
≈ Revenue generation through Gap trading & interest rate arbitrage, Swap trading in FX, etc.
≈ Formulate funding and gapping strategies to take advantage of market movements while ensuring diversification of portfolio into low risk, high return assets.
≈ Structuring products linked to Money Market for attracting Customer Deposits. Such as CCY notes, Deposits with Unit break up, Floating rate Deposit, CD, etc
≈ Asset swaps quotes & repo quotes for funding
≈ Work with Finance to maintain Balance Sheet liquidity and management
≈ Bond portfolio management - investment as well as trading (Corporate as well as Govt Bonds)
≈ Provide pricing and maintain good relationship with counter parties
≈ Balance Sheet Hedging (Interest rate risk as well as FX risk) using IRS, FRA, FX Swaps, Asset Swaps, etc.
≈ Interest rate forecast on various currencies, COF calculation & projection for various periods.
≈ Ensure compliance to and reporting of all the internal risk management parameters and to external regulatory requirements.
≈ FX Trading in all major currencies and GCC currencies (proprietary book)
≈ Preparation of Quarterly report to management on Treasury Activities and market outlook including future strategies.
≈ Appraisal of Junior Dealers and reporting on their performance annually to Treasurer.
