Responsible for the maintenance of fire protection & firefighting Systems in the building.
Prepare the maintenance service reports for the ppm by daily, weekly & monthly.
Maintenance of fire pumps & its control panel
Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance services for sprinkler system & Wet riser system.
Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance services for fire suppression system like Inergen & Fm200.
Emergency response for the all incidents during the office working hours.
Testing, commissioning & maintenance of firefighting pumps & diesel pump.
Testing, commissioning & maintenance of fire hydrants, breaching inlets, landing valves & fire hose reels.
Maintenance services for the deluge foam system & deluge pre action system.
Maintenance services for the kitchen hood fire suppression system.
Up to date checking of fire extinguishers and Maintain adequate pressure and weight as per NFPA standards.
Maintain the cylinders( co2, dry powder, Inergen) hydro test on write time period
Conduct the pump performance test, Field acceptance test & Hydro test.
Participate with civil defense for the fire drill & firefighting system Inspection.
Testing Maintenance of Safety valves, Zone control valves, PRV, Strainers, Gate valves & its Supervisory Switches.
Responsible for the routine PM, CM & EM Callouts which is interfaced with the MAXIMO network system
Coordinating with technicians for electrical preventive maintenance activities
Conducting site Inspections for the completed jobs to ensure it has been done as per the planned procedures
Coordinating with Subcontractors for preventive, reactive maintenance & emergency call outs activities
Verifying sub-contractor's maintenance reports and chasing them to follow SLA & KPI
Preparing Bi-weekly, Monthly Operation and Maintenance reports and forward to engineers & Manager as per schedule.
Prepare and maintain WMS and RA for PPMs and Reactive Works.
Maintenance & testing of MV panels, capacitor banks, VFD panels, synchronization panels and its associated power works
Conducting routine Fire alarm test and Generator load test as per schedule.
Monitoring and controlling Energy consumption.
Monitoring and maintenance of synchronized obstruction lights and aircraft warning lights.
Maintaining HSE standards within the sites.
Capturing updating All Level Maximo Applications.
Operation & Maintenance of dimming lighting system
Elevator & escalator troubles and code monitoring and code practice For rescue operations
Maintenance activities of fire alarm & centralized emergency lighting system
Operation & Maintenance of 800 KVADG set,
Monitoring and maintaining Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus system, VESDA.
Monitoring and maintaining FM200, Energen, NOVEC and Edward fire systems.
Routine monitoring and maintaining of Diesel Fire Pumps, Electrical Fire Pumps and Jockey Pumps.
Monitoring, controlling & maintenance of Siemens Desigo Insight BMS System & Bosch CCTV system
Maintenance of low voltage system like Honeywell access control, Boch public address system, Audio & video broadcasting system.
