Responsible for Production planning and inventory control, inbound logistics, for three plants of the group. Continuous collaborative interface with purchase, Raw Material stores, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Finance, Distribution to serve our internal stake holders optimally to produce and release stocks efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs at right inventory levels at all times with minimal obsolescence.
Designed, planned and executed the Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution and commercial strategy for India Markets, identifying third party manufacturers in India assisting MD & CEO in identifying the markets for launch of Company, appointing distributors in the markets, ensuring supply chain, commercial metrics and standard operating procedures are designed and executed. Successfully helped launch Fountil Life Sciences in India and also commenced export to targeted countries in Africa which are Kenya and Nigeria.
Responsible for Supply Chain function consisting of inbound Logistics, planning, coordinating, directing the plants overseas for stocks, importing into India, clearing customs, ensuring optimal warehouse storage and management, moving it to markets all India, processing distributors appointments, following up payments, coordinating with all functions to ensure strong robust responsive supply chain and customer service
Responsible for the Distribution & Supply chain Department.
Responsible for placing orders, timely receipt of inventory for India Market. Working with a team of 6 people, to receive, store, manage inventory and move it to markets all across India, collect payments, ensure customer service, align distributors, Carrying Forwarding Agents as per need, ensure optimal customer service and economical cost, ensuring supply chain optimization.
Responsible for accurate forecasting, demand replenishment of pharmaceutical drugs and medicines for India Market, inventory management, customer service, supply chain metrics which supported 2400 whole-sellers, 6, 00, 000 retailers, 27 Carrying & Forwarding Agents across India and average monthly turnover of 10 MIO INR. Coordinating with 23 manufacturing plants to ensure order planning, scheduling and interface between production and sales. Preventing stock obsolescence, managing reverse logistics and due diligence to process new distributors appointments. I also managed the Promotional hub which services more than 2000 Medical Representatives in India who require promotional support by way of inputs, samples, and leave-behinds to the Medical Representatives.
I scored first in the VIVA VOCE. My Project on "Impact of Stress in the life of Executives of Aventis Pharma Ltd" was appreciated and applauded. Particiapted and was a strong contributor in all field activities like industrial visits, symposiums, bringing thought leader to the Institution for discussing subject matters.
