Responsibilities include:
• Answer customer questions, and understanding of what information is being requested.
• Document all calls with regards to customer inquiries.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Follow-up with customer within a 24-hour period in regards to the initial phone calls.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with the customers.
• Manage length of calls.
• Recognizing and managing assertive customer calls.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Obtain & maintain customer information in the database.
• Route calls to appropriate resource.
• Forwarding Estimates to customers for repairs & accident damages.
• Follow up customer calls where necessary.
• To update the repairs jobs status to customer without any delays.
• Attending breakdowns case without any delays.
• Maintain a log book of drivers movements.
