Verifying execution of all instrumentation activities by performing inspections as per the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and recording findings on the Quality Record (QR)
Tracking and recording daily inspection activities and work progress on site, material inspection to maintain an easy flow of the project
Issuing NCR and CAR, if finding any work violations against standards or specifications and evaluating all non-conformities reported within the group to implement corrective actions, investigate the root causes and prevent recurrence in the future
Implementing the installation and calibration inspection of Pressure Gauges, Transmitters, Control Valves
Maintaining a database of all inspection reports, loop checking, and punch clearance for the final system handover
Coordinating with the project handover department team for quality dossier submission
Collaborating with Engineering disciplines to redline drawings, Termination Schedules (ICTD), Instrument Loop Diagram (ILD), and Datasheets based on site modifications
Performing root cause analysis and developing corrective and preventive actions for quality issues
Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
Participating in safety and risk assessments, including hazard identification and risk analysis, to ensure that equipment and systems are safe to operate
Receiving inspection on all materials upon their arrival at the warehouse to ensure they are appropriately documented, organized, monitored, stored, and preserved before they are dispatched to the site
