Preparing quotations
• Checking material specification as per the customer RFQ
• Coordinating with suppliers
• Cost estimation and negotiation
• Following up with the customers
• Thorough knowledge of Lubricants and provide guidance on alternatives
to the customers.
• Checking market price
• Offer as per the customer RFQ.
• Finding grade and type of oil as per the OEM descriptions
• As per customers demand offer equivalent.
• Coordinating with Logistics for overseas materials
• Arrange shipping by coordinating with FedEx, DHL, UPS and prepare AWB.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when
requested.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
• Attends meeting with clients and provides supports for the technical bid
and commercial bid.
• Collaborating with the production and project departments for the
successful completion of the project.
• Assist with invoicing and payment collection.
• Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records,
prepare reports and provide financial information to the finance
department.
• Proactive working and thinking with all events to preventive inaccuracy of
parts stock and keep parts on storage
• Maintaining accurate record of inventory
Follows instructions provided by the Shutting-down Planning Department regarding
the jobs in DAP, urea, Ammonia plants.
