I was also trained to diffuse stressed customers and be prepared to solve customer problems (when possible) quickly as they arise. I have also worked as a receptionist-cashier in one of the Philippines largest hotel company, The Manor Hotel for about four months. My main responsibility was to attend the needs of the guest to have their bookings as well as collecting such payments.
