- Assists students and teachers with their tutorial schedules
- Providing administrative support and keep records of student and teacher’s information, purchase of goods and equipment and processing of invoices.
- liaising with partner institutions, other institutions, external agencies, government departments and prospective students
- Abu Dhabi agent support; assists all inquiries from travel agents and corporates in Abu Dhabi in terms of products and services, ticketing concerns through correspondence such as emails and phone calls
- Responsible for gathering and analyzing all group request received from travel agents/corporates as per market expectations
- Ensures requests are being accurately processed within set time frames and in line with the standard policies and procedures
- Communicates results of evaluations to key parties
- Submitting all requests to HO and ensuring all are in order and will be confirmed on the necessary details.
- Ensuring bookings and materialization finalized and accomplished
- Confirming with inventory individual bookings
- Ensures business policies and decisions are reflected by the groups accepted
- Support Sales Department to increase intake of Groups revenue to ensure targets are met; understand and adopts Revenue Management strategies to improve products and services.
- Ensure that the highest standard of service is provided to customers, provide them with details on fares, actively issue tickets and sell related products by identifying customer needs and seeking new opportunities and ways to promote Qatar Airways.

I have worked with Cebu Pacific Air based in the Philippines for more than one year as a ticketing agent, in which we normally booked and reserved flights. I am one of their frontlines which ensure excellent customer service and needs to satisfy their needs and wants. I was also trained to diffuse stressed customers and be prepared to solve customer problems (when possible) quickly as they arise. I have also worked as a receptionist-cashier in one of the Philippines largest hotel company, The Manor Hotel for about four months. My main responsibility was to attend the needs of the guest to have their bookings as well as collecting such payments.
