One may think that this is one of the easiest jobs in the world, but it is not true. Being a waitress involves a lot of hard work and patience. These are just a few of the qualities that are required to become a successful waitress. To become a good waitress, one should have a good memory, attentiveness and good communication skills. A waitress has to deal with a lot of customers during the day, and some of them might even be a bit unruly; hence, the waitress should be able to deal with different kinds of people.
