! Complaint handling- strictly follow the prescribed complaint handling process by ensuring all important
information is logged in our system
! Sales calls- make outbound calls to dormant customers and convert them into active customers
! Data base cleanup- ensure that relevant information in the customer file is updated
! Order management coordination- coordinate with the restaurant dispatch team on order follow ups and any
other additional requirement
