•Manages to sustain a high percentage level of response time by timely reviewing and answering credit limit requests.
•Analyses the financial standing of companies, evaluating corporate performance and overall risk assessment, through preparing manual grades and credit ratings of companies.
•Prepares detailed financial analysis reports to be reviewed by CEE Credit Committee on companies with high exposure as per the internal set threshold level.
•Periodically reviews companies with latest financials available and takes adequate actions when necessary regarding partial/full withdraws of existing credit limits.
•Prepares Quarterly Country Sector Matrix/Analysis for Bulgaria.
•Constantly providing support to Sales Department on a fast growing portfolio with pre-checks on requested credit limits and Prospects, Policy Holder and Broker meetings, Buyer visits, conference calls, etc.
•Maintaining long-term relationships with Policy Holders through answering and providing feedback in a professional and timely manner on all their requests.
•Participates in Cross-Country training between Bulgaria, Hungary and Romania, with the aim of providing detailed training to colleagues from Hungary and Romania in grading and underwriting specifics on Bulgarian companies, and vice versa to be able to fully perform grading and underwriting on Hungarian and Romanian companies. Project purpose is to have full back-up available for grading and underwriting between the three countries.
•The only representative for Bulgaria in selected by CEE Management - Lean Agent Team, under an implemented by Region - Lean Methodology Program with the purpose of improving operational performance and continuous process improvements, as well as sharing best practice across CEE Region.
