• Develop and maintain strong relationships with
key clients, including Sabic, Maaden, Sasref,
Sadara, Saudi Polymers, Satorp, Marafiq,
Advance Petrochemical, and Daelim.

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair
of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP)
systems within the mall, including HVAC,
lighting, power distribution, and water systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of all engineering
systems to identify potential issues and ensure
optimal performance.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance
programs to minimize downtime and extend the
lifespan ofequipment.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, such
as power outages, equipment failures, and other
incidents, to minimize disruption to mall
operations.
