• Design, Manage and Maintain EastNets 7 Data Centers across GCC and neighboring countries including UK and US
• Manage servers and services (Backup, AV, FTP, Monitoring, Applications, Virtual Servers)
• Provide IT Consultancy to EastNets SWIFT and Hosted Clients
• Handle Outsourcing IT Solutions Projects such as QI Mobile Payment, Safewatch As A Service for Singtel and BICS, AUH-DOT CPMS, Counter Party Link, SWIFT Services, etc
• Provide support for more than 300 SWIFT and Hosted Clients globally relating to server and connectivity issues
• Open cases to Telco, Cisco TAC, JTAC, Symantec and other vendors regarding isolated cases, RMA, etc
• Implement Virtualization/Private cloud using ESX VMWare
• Migrate EastNets US Data Centers to conform to SWIFT v7.00 (Server and Network devices, OS and Applications, etc)
• Migrate EastNets security devices from PIX to ASA
• Migrate more than 25% of EastNets customers VPN from Nortel to Juniper
• Conduct trainings for EN partners and customers.
• Troubleshoot Cisco Routers and Switches of Verizon clients globally.
• Isolate problems on WAN/LAN of customers (VPN, Frame Relay, ISDN, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, DSL, ATM etc.)
• Monitor circuit utilization of Cisco Routers & Switches of client.
• Conduct circuit testing from Provider Edge to Customer Edge ( Intrusive testing, test pattern etc., )
• Coordinate with Global Telco and other concern group on network outages.
• Escalate client outages to higher management in U.S.
• Inform and update customers on site status ( routers/switches )
• Localize network problem from Provider Edge, Transmission (DXC - T3, T1, and T0) to CPE.
• Open Cisco case and RMA with Cisco TAC.
• Provide educational training for Cisco Networking Academy Program for students, local academy instructors and professionals. CCNA semesters taught are 1 and 2.
• Manage and provide plans and directions in relation to IT operations
• Provide IT standards and advance IT requirements for the University
• Prepare yearly budget for IT infrastructure enhancement and operations and trainings.
• Provide Monthly reports for the IT operations.
• Administer, support and enhance the electronic messaging system of the campus (Microsoft Exchange 2003, MS Outlook)
• Attend to user's escalated issues relating to email services
• Design and Implement the Malayan Colleges Laguna campus' IT Infrastructure, Malayan High School campus' IT Infrastructure
• Design and Implement Design and Implement MIT's (Mapua Institute of Technology) main campus' Voice Infrastructure (PABX and VOIP)
• Setup server applications such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Email, IIS, Antivirus and Data Storage.
• Manage and configure network equipments such as Routers, Firewalls, Switches, and Access Points.
• Provide appropriate network services, technical training, technical support, capacity planning, and needs analysis to users to make sure that applications and services delivered meet user and organizational requirements
