- Performing comprehensive end-to-end diagnostics of clients' G&A functions, including baselining, analyzing, and benchmarking, to uncover potential for optimization and transformation.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of back-office functions such as HR, Finance, Procurement, and key processes including Hire-to-Retire, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay.

- Driving the development of knowledge assets and capabilities within the CBF practice, enhancing the practice’s overall expertise and resource base.
- Supporting initiatives aimed at helping clients assess and optimize staffing levels within their corporate centers, contributing to improved operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
- Developing and curating a robust knowledge asset base, contributing to the practice's thought leadership and supporting initiatives to optimize corporate center staffing for clients worldwide.
