Managing the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure.
Dealing with customer enquiries face to face, over the phone or via email.

Follows all YMCA policies, rules, regulations, and procedures, including emergency procedures.
Completes incident and accident reports as necessary.
Attends and conducts staff meetings and training as required.
Provides ongoing in-service training and safety checks for aquatic staff.
Encourages member and parent involvement and identifies potential volunteers.
Conveys basic information on aquatics. Accurately maintains related records
Assessing, observing and reporting on the condition of patients;
Setting up drips and blood transfusions;
Preparing patients for operations and procedures;
Recording pulse, temperature and respiration and keeping accurate records of these observations;
