After being an accounting staff i was assigned to be the company's sales agent & at the same time monitoring in-charge. This company is engage in hauling & hustling services in which we transport container vans from its point of origin to its point of destination. I look for clients through phone calls, emails & sometimes through company visit. I have to submit first our price quotation for our offered services depending on the size of the container (10ft., 20ft., 40ft, 45ft.) and its delivery location. We also have to check first if the delivery area is not that complicated so that we can also insure the safety of our people, equipment & also the safety of other people in the road. As a monitoring in-charge i make sure that all units (trucks) are on their exact location & that they can deliver the container van at the said scheduled time. I also ask feed back from our customer with regards to our service.
In my previous work we do multi tasking in which i make billings, collections, pay bills including government payables such as taxes, i also do the purchasing of our supplies, prepare monthly reports & do the payroll every 15th & 30th of the month.
