• Primary job description is to gain membership counts to reach sales goal
• Developing relations with the community and local small businesses by involving club in community events
• Developing and maintaining relationships with current members on a name to name basis
• Notifying higher Management of any member complaints or grievances and assisting in appropriate response
• Determining prospect’s goals and motivation through a thorough Needs Analysis
• Consistently looking for opportunities to gain new members and elevate service levels
• Actively build a network of contacts through prospecting and referrals
• Attending sales and training meetings
• Reaching and surpassing monthly sales projections
• Provides accurate information about the product and services and promotes other Etisalat-related services
• Maintains customers records’ by updating account information making sure that all necessary documents are properly scanned and uploaded in the system
• Seize opportunities to upsell products making sure that monthly target is achieved and exceeded
• Informs customers about Etisalat customer care policies, and other information relevant to the purchase and use of the products and services
• Handles reservations for all Wyndham hotel brands worldwide
• Processes hotel reservations, modifications and cancellations on central booking system
• Resolves conflicts between the guests and hotel and assists with all booking concerns/inquiries
Responsibilities as GM’s Secretary:
• Answers, screens and directs inbound phone calls for the GM
• Handles correspondence for the General Manager on a day-to-day basis
• Organizes and schedules meetings for the Manager
• Take minutes of the meeting and coordinates with every department of the hotel
Responsibilities as Sales Secretary:
• Responsible for bookings as required by travel agents
• Responsible in making and updating contracted rates
• Responsible in replying clients emails like queries, cancellations, and amendment bookings
• Responsible for proper filing of documents
• Handles hotel reservations for all Intercontinental Hotel brands worldwide
• Coordinates all aspects of IHG’s rewards program between the guest and IHG hotels in order to maintain member satisfaction
• Assists members with point awards, point redemption, and member account services and resolves reward service concerns and make decisions in relation to point adjustments
• Handles domestic reservations within the US (North America)
• Assists members on their flight reservation, changes and cancellations
• Assists travel agencies and employees on their airline ticket reservations and mileage plus award redemptions

• Baggage Assistance and General Services
• Provides inbound & outbound telemarketing services to clients based in North America & Europe.
