DUTIES AND TASKS (In order of importance):
1. Send email to the 2 travel agency MAK Travel and V Max Travel to ask Quotations from them and book the cheapest and Issue.
Rebooking and Reroute
2. Requesting GP tickets
3. Attached the 2 quotation with the documents and prepare LPO
4. Put all the details in Track list all the Issued Ticket s and prepared Purchase Order
5. Preparing Invoices and attached the LPO and documents
6. Sending the Visa and passport copy to the travel agency for Ok to board message
7. Scan and Photocopying all the documents for filing before giving to finance
8. Filling all the Invoices with the LPO and the copy of GP letter
9. All the cancellation of visa received from the ministry of foreign affairs and submit to refund
