Responsible for: - Cleaning our guests rooms with quality and standard
- Providing warm and sincere service so that guests will feel valued
- As part of the turndown team, I make sure that I am able to attend to my guests needs before they go to sleep.
- In charge of preparing all the things needed for the next day
