Understanding customer's business strategies to become an advocate for profitability on
their behalf with active account review meetings and constant communication involving
any business changes
Providing clients with intelligent data, monthly leads and utilization reports and detailed
analysis of their accounts focusing primarily on the generating ROI
Providing training to use the PF System and service effectively for clients to generate
business and helping them familiarize themselves with PF Products.

with my clients and participating in in- house trainings to help with learning of Property
Finder products.

Mainly responsible for the safety and comfort of passengers, whilst ensuring the
implementation of safety protocols in line with IATA and airline standards for all customers
Conducted complete and accurate audits of aircraft following all safety procedure

deadlines, dealing with customer complaints and solving problems, along with managing

ensuring service is not disrupted.

extreme detail to customer safety, security and service.
Major operational duties included galley management and leading operations on-board
by working as a part of a team for end-to-end service procedures o Maintained brand
equity at all times, through customer service and relationship building.
Maintaining and enhancing professional relationships with VIPs and frequent fliers was an
ongoing focus point.
Responsible for managing and leading pre and post flights briefings and meetings,
monthly presentations and quarterly reports for base management, flight
communications through announcements and providing personalized service for a
unique in-flight experience.
Additional duties at world-wide seminars and conferences include brand-building,
relationship building and key client management through professional networking.
