Key Deliverables:
Business Planning and Execution, New Projects Innovation and Execution, Lead as a Team head to direct the Team to accomplish the Business Targets. Identify new variant products and appraisal and review and suggest to board
Funds Management, Procurement Planning, Budgeting, Product Costing/ Trip Costing, cost control and cost reduction, Financing thru Bank for both cash and Non cash facilities for the smooth facilitation of business, Imports Management.
Internal Control and systems implementation, Execute Efficiency in all functional Areas, Product Segment Sales Target for Sales Team, preparation of MIS, Monitoring all operational reports on a regular basis, review and take corrective actions on a real time basis.
Coordinate with Statutory Auditors and TRA, and other Legal Authorities and Local Government bodies.
Controlling Depot / Agents Operations across the country, Review marketing research survey reports for the existing products and for the future potential products and suggest to Board on key factors to facilitate business decisions.
Maintain Fleet Efficiency, control and Maintain Trip based Cost and Revenue, vehicles wise and as a business as whole. Systematic control over Drivers Account Receivable, Fuel monitoring, Tyres, Fuel & spares -consumption control and monitoring.
Control and maintaining Depot operations for FMCG products for depots across the countries and ensure operations are in order and in comply with the Internal controls and policy.
Implementing growth strategy; managing sales P&L and team management
To review regularly and monitor target on Daily, Weekly, Monthly basis as per requirement of the Company
Driving all Marketing and Business Development opportunities
Provide regular analysis of market potential for imports of various products for enamelling into the market place. Thereafter to conduct desk and field research to identify sales potential in the region.
Quality Control and Establish the Quality Market for the brands.
Ensuring a robust Supply Chain management (Warehousing, inventory control and logistics).
