Creation of Own & Maintaining Packaging Material Part (PMP) as required by the business, confirming the Standards Office (SO) requirements in Enovia (PLM).

Analyze and determine all standards for packaging lines and ensure compliance to all schedule for processes and develop and maintain all packing orders effectively.
Analyze engineering drawings and specifications of product to determine physical characteristics of item, special handling, environmental and safety requirements, and types of materials required for packaging.
Work closely with global suppliers, engineering, product management, operations, and sourcing.
Identify and implement cost saving initiatives related to packaging.
Development and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure that packaging exceeds customer specifications.
Coordinate with quality and warehouse departments to monitor everyday activities of units and ensure efficient working of both manufacturing and packaging department and ensure continuous improvement in same.
Design all release of packaging component and assemblies and coordinate with product designers and ensure compliance to all internal and external requirements.
Review all new technology and preparing new concepts to increase efficiency and ensure effective transition of all design concept into design process.
making 2D & 3D drawing, 3D modeling, assembling, detailing and drafting of mechanical part & development components using Pro-E Wildfire 4.0
Design of plastic moulds, casting pattern.
Developing detailed production level drawings.
Looking for Mould machining process and Mould maintenance Rectification.
Every time coordinate with purchase department to arrange raw materials for the production.
Preparing production report and chart of daily performance
Arranging all materials as per the Dispatch advice from sales without fail.
Work with materials department in material planning and analysis to reduce inventory level.
Identify new suppliers and manage existing suppliers to meet production needs.
Monitor inventory status and generate inventory reports to Production Manager.
