• Purchasing and supply planning for the imported raw materials used in manufacturing
Foreign purchases: ------
• Revise shipment details, payment terms, incoterms and documents (Commercial invoice, packing list, EUR.1, certificate of origin).
• Prepare and receive "form 4" and all shipment’s related bank documents.
• Arrange shipments with the selected freight forwarder companies.
Local purchases: ---------
• Fast purchasing reaction for manually created purchase requisitions and MRP material Requisitions for both local and import materials (Raw and packaging materials, merchandises, maintenance spare parts, machinery annual contracts and IT requests).
• Prepare request for quotations (RFQs) and receive quotations.
• Achieve variety of sourcing and suppliers’ relationship management by maintaining the relationship with old suppliers, searching and evaluating new vendors.
• Achieve the company yearly targeted saving by negotiating and fixing prices, payment terms
• Prepare and send purchase orders or contracts to the selected vendors.
• Pre active to avoid material shortage by tracking status of delivery of purchase orders with suppliers.
• Achieve plant’s logistics and warehouse departments’ awareness for upcoming shipments.
• Track suppliers’ invoicing by coordinating with finance department.
• Plan, coordinate and dispatch the day-to-day logistics activities for inbound and outbound Construction Machines to sites.
• Coordinate and maintain Warehouse activities to assure adherence to all policies and procedures and in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
• Resolve day-to-day issues that may impact internal or external sites logistics processes.
• Coordinate vendor payment processing and making purchase orders for any needed Items.
• Report and balance all inventory levels weekly while assuring timely and accurate invoicing.

Injection machines production planning and capacity management:
• Making and daily updating Injection and molding production plan according to TV Main-Line daily plan by managing machines and assembly lines capacity.
• Determining the monthly operating days and the needed overtime days in case of demand unexpected increase or material unexpected shortage due to shipping issues.
• SAP PP responsible, maintaining master data, work calendar, routing and all related SAP (ERP) operations.
• Using GSCM (Global Supply Chain Management) System to get the demand and forecast of the SOP (Sales Operation Plan).
Production monitoring and analysis:
• Monitor production progress, determining problems by analyzing delays and constraints in production finding root causes and provide counter measure directly with lines leaders.
• Daily reporting about daily Plan vs. Result, updated cycle time and machines execution rate.
Materials checking:
• Checking Inventory to avoid shortages and excesses.
• Checking equipment, material availability with purchasing department
• Checking manpower requirements to execute production orders.
• Sell company products (Laptop, Motherboards, Processors, Cases, Subwoofers and computer accessories) to other companies on phone or via Internet.
• Looking for new customers to make new deals.
• Achieving Company Sales Targets according to Company Policies.
• Making Step by step Support for new customers to make Customer Satisfaction.
• Person in charge for supply chain process of preparing 8 Schools (Multimedia Labs) by purchasing and supplying furniture, computer software, hardware, Internet service and Training), representing a link point between AGTBE in Cairo and Benisuef Governorates.
• Develop and implement the logistics plan and procedures for the movement of equipment and materials from suppliers to the designated project job sites.
• Identifying transportation duration, estimating cost, developing procedures, instructions for suppliers and project logistics budget.
