MageDelight (Initiative of Krish Technolabs, Development Magento 1.X & Magento 2.X plug & Play extensions)
I am accountable for managing products (Magento Plug & Play extension) life cycle from inception to phase-out. I manage various phases of product including idea canvassing, business modeling of product, defining packaging and promotion strategies - pricing and delivery models. I also take care & responsible for achieving sales target, client communication and customization/custom project requirement, Estimations & Proposals and task allocation to the development team. I manage a team of 15 Magento developer, 2 Business Analyst, 2 QA and 2 Theme Developer & Designer. Total Team Size: 21
Main Responsibilities:
•Design & Draft product / platform ideas into business & technical documents
•Doing market research and feasibility study in best possible manner
•Suggesting enhancement in business model and product/platform plan
•Creating road map of product life cycle and coordinate with developers to take it to go-live stage
•Doing internal UAT of product
•Client Communication & Management, preparing customization proposal & Estimations and Support digital marketing team in defining sales strategies of product
•Managing customers complaints and enhance next versions of product
•Manage version control and product wiki in centralized repository
•Product Development Task allocation to Development Team
Reporting To
1. Managing Magneto Based E-commerce website of company www.gemesis.com, www.nurturebyreena.com, www.pdcdiamonds.com(Hongkong), puregrowndiamonds.com (Newyork, USA). Php & Mysql based.
2. Guiding IT developer for implementation of functional requirement required for website.
3. Leading the team of developer in implementation of web-based CRM module of the company
4. Promotional and Merchandize planning and execution
5. Assisting IT head for development of ERP system. Managing the Team of IT Developer for developing a system
6. Mapping End user functional requirement for ERP system.
7. Preparing Database Master design for IT Developer.
8. Preparing Process Flow diagrams and Data flow diagram for Developer based on understanding End user functional process.
9. Testing of new module development.
10. Preparing User manual of ERP system & providing End user training at New York office.
11. Bug Fixing co-ordination with End user and Development team
12 Managing Dedicated Web server configuration (Windows web server & Linux hosting Server)
13. Responsible and managing complete backend office consisting team 10 employee @ Newyork, US
14. Managing Physical inventory, Supply chain and issue related to US back office for all three websites.
