At the food distribution we build pallets. as a lead of a team my rules were the same as my team, however, I had more responsibilities. I have to train and teach new people that join my team and teach them of how to build the pallet in the correct way, since the pallets were moving automatically in the warehouse. Also, we report inventory, pallets technical issues. Also, I had to report any problems that faces me or one of my team to the manger.
The project was requiring us to find iron foundries that have the features which John Deere's company was requiring. We look at the foundries in specific area which are the process that they use, products they produce, experiences, their customers, there financial statement, and their capacity. Also, we apply logistics side to them and see where they are located and how far they are from the transpositions facilities. Moreover, we worked on finding if these foundries are state owned or private, and we look at the political side to see if that will case a problems to deliver the products from the foundries sit to John Deere site.
