Managing whole store as store in charge .Doing MIS, Audit reports, Admin work for store Independently managed Oasis institutional store for Shoemart, responsible for U.A.E. all 5 store for institutional sales.Presently store in-charge at shoexpress Madina mall since January -2013.

• After very good growth for 3 years, started getting flatter growth rates in Bata.
• Detailed survey and internal analysis conducted to understand customer trends. i.e. the propensity of the youth segment to constantly change loyalty towards newer brands.
• Hence, to tap the youth market used Internal Cash flows generated from Bata to open the Private Shoe Shop Milan Footwear.
• Made the venture successful from the very start. Current Turnovers are approximately 15 lacs with a profit margin of 25%.
• Currently, the shop is being managed under profit sharing ratio of 50:50 with a local partner.
• Started managing Family owned Bata Agency from 1999 onwards from the age of 15 years.
• Handled Preparation & Submission of Inventory Records, Cash Flow & Other related reports for Bata India Ltd. on fortnightly basis.
• Managed a constantly increasing team of professionals.
• Turned around very low profit earning family business into a profit earning venture by appr. doubling the sales (From INR 8 lacs to INR 14 lacs) in 3 years while keeping costs at a controlled level & achieved NP of approximately 15%. Current Turnover is 22 lacs.
• Currently, the Agency is being managed by well trained employees under the supervision of manager appointed & trained by self.
