•Preparing a market intelligence data for all the niche skills in the market and sending the same to the concerned hiring managers for their reference.
•Preparing & presenting weekly and monthly hiring report for different product development team.
• Involved in analyzing quality of hire, cost of hire and projecting it to Sr. Hiring Managers & Project Managers.
•Screening, short listing & sending the resumes to the concerned hiring manager.
•Briefing the candidates about the job profile, salary package, organization, etc.
•Follow up with candidates for interviews and also follow up with the offered candidates till they join the Organization.
•Vendor Management - Developed existing Channel Partners & also added new vendors.Strategized & planned incentive pay out schemes. Drove vendor engagement from vendor drives, office visits, channel partner meets etc.
