Creating Security Policy and implementation of the policies, standards, procedures and guidelines. The Bank was migrating from BankMaster (MiSys) to T24 Core Banking Solution. As Project Manager for the Migration and Implementation of the Core Banking solution, design, development of data for migration and setting up of various products and services in the new environment. The Bank was able to successfully migrate and went on-line within 6 months of the project. It is successfully running in the new environment. It is now in Phase II implementing other products such as Bio-metric, Reuters, SWIFT, RTGS, CRM, AML, etc.,
