Title: Online E-Polling FEB 2012-JUNE 2012
Brief Profile: Online E-Polling is web based application. It is an online voting technique that provides vote online without going to any polling booth..There is Database which is maintained by administrator in which all the name of Voters, Candidates and Parties with complete information is stored.
I applied Database Oracle 10g for creating backend of this project and Java programming language for frontend with STRUTS as a framework.
For creating Database part or backend part I have created 5 tables listed as Party table, Candidate table, Voter table, Votes table and Administrator table and for developing frontend I firstly develop dynamic web page using JSP which is sever side scripting language. After JSP I used JAVA programming language for business logic implementation. This site includes features like login, registration, voting etc.
Explanation of Working:
Firstly Candidate, Party, Voter registered themselves using their voter-ID and password before voting and their registration is checked by Administrator using record of Voter-ID. The Voter whose voter-ID is not legal is deleted by Administrator from Database. So at the time of Voting, only legal Voter and Unvoted. Voter can login to Vote. After voting status of vote in voter table become YES. If already voted voter try to login again then server will show them a message that you have been already voted and you can not login to vote.

• 12th from BIEC (RNTS College, Sitamarhi) secured 53% marks. • 10th from BSEB secured 49% marks.
