Responsible for plant budget, seeking approval from management and controlling; approving and seeking management approval for improvements, attending client, owners, client meetings and resolving the disputes.
Handling commissioning of 500MLD Magtaa Desalination Water plant one of the World’s highest capacity plant and 318 MLD TUASPRING Desalination Water plant Asia’s highest capacity plant.
Monitoring operations and maintenance of 500MLD, 318MLD Desalination Water plants, communicating with top level management on day to day critical issues, operations and maintenance team, contractors, vendors to achieve targets of the O&M and water purchase agreement.
Reviewing budget with managers, taking approval from management and controlling; approving and seeking management approval for improvements, attending client, owners, client meetings and resolving the disputes.
Overseeing water safety plan/HACCP certification, Emergency Response plan, and establishment of operation and maintenance team from commissioning phase of Desalination plant.

Implementation of real time power monitoring for critical equipment and AHUs and MSBs and Real time monitoring on critical substation and Trip alert system via SMS.
Planned project implementation, installation, modification, continual improvement and handled responsibility to co-ordinate for construction/modification drawing approval and adopting Environmental Health and safety at worksite.
