Inspection and review and man hours estimation for repairs/ replacement jobs
Support procurement to arrange and identify parts for all type chiller
Handle carrier, Trane York chillers repairs and AMC planning and schedule.
Trane, Carrier, John control chillers during shutdown periods inspection and reviewed reports and rectification for corrective maintenance
Follow up safety rules and permit to work and start
Support procurement to arrange parts for all chillers/ hvac equipment’s
19XR, 19XRD series chillers installation and commissioning, compressor overhauling and servicing Frame 3, 4, 5
23XR, screw chillers installation and commissioning compressor overhauling.
30GX, 30HXC, 30XA, 30XW series air cooled chillers installation and commissioning screw compressor overhauling.
Handle major site in India. 1. LuLu mall Cochin, 2. Calcutta Air port.3.Chennai airport, 4, ETA techno park Chennai, 5, Brookfield mall Coimbatore.6, Trill (Ramanujam IT park) Chennai 7, Wipro Chennai, 8, Nissan Chennai.
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of following systems;
York YK centrifugal chiller 6x 2000 tons and Hansen made induced draft cooling towers; Chilled waters pumps, condenser pumps.
York YCAJ 99 GSI air cooled chiller 2x 175 tons
Responsibility for testing and commissioning/ warranty issues of following chillers:
Independently testing and commissioning Latitude air cooled Screw chiller Model YCAV0969 in Intel software office at Bangalore.
Independently testing and commissioning of York YK series Model YKHFHBJ15DAF, YKGBGDH75 CUF. New Delhi AirPort.
Testing and commissioning of York YR water cooled Screw chiller Model YRVDVDTO55DA
Independently overhauling York Screw compressor Model DXS45LAS46/50 Capital court at New Delhi, Wipro software office at Bangalore.
Troubleshooting of micro processor boards, power supply boards, input and out relay boards, trigger logic, chiller stall detection, temperature sensor and pressure transducers, Refrigerant level sensors, guide vane actuator controls.
Handled major sites All India level in mention below.
