Key Result Areas:
Providing effective HR leadership to the business for implementation of HR strategies in-line with business requirements,
managing full range of HR services to support the overall business strategy of the company
Leading Human Resource Generalist functions for approx. 6000 expat employees including Learning & Organization
Development, on-boarding, performance management, retention, succession planning, employee engagement, Talent
Management
Recruiting members from overseas and regularly coordinating with various internal agencies to manage the govt. formalities for
new recruits; liaising with Indian Embassy to obtain POE Permission & for conducting interview/interviews in India
Supporting the resolution of escalated Employee Relations (ER) issues, managing risk to the business; assessing employee
motivation, expectation & grievances to plan for remediation; conducting orientation session on new HR policies and
programs as and when rolled-out; counseling Session drive across organization for expat staff to overcome on their personal
issues
Supervising the renewal of employee (work) visa & dependent’s renewal visa from Oman Immigration Authorities;
Processing of Online Family visit visa, Joining visa, Relative Joining visa, Express Visa, Employment visa
Obtaining other inbound/outbound visa from respective embassies (including Western, Eastern & European countries) for official
& personal travel of employees & their family members (approx. 6000 plus dependents)
Visa arrangements are being taken care for in-house employees & their family members for all countries.
Well versed with system knowledge and online process of Business / Tourist visa application for Western countries.
Coordinating with various visa outsourcing center for corporate appointment / document submission for processing of visa.
Managing the passport renewal formalities & other legal formalities for employees and their dependents with respective
Embassies applications and also in renewing necessary trade registration certificates through respective department/authorities.
HRMIS (Human Resources Management Information System): Collecting periodic key performance measurements and
maintaining HR metrics for executive reporting related to various strategic and organizational development initiatives; updating
all visa details for MIS reports.
