Currently working as single point of contact for the project.
Performs project planning activities, including the creation of a project definition and project plan to clearly identify the project’s scope, approach, resources, participants, tasks, and responsibilities.Responsible for maintaining the quality of all project (of all revenue streams) being implemented in the circle.
Set and review KRAs for the team, align their goals to the overall objectives of the organization / client
Daily /Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly operations review with internal and external stakeholders
Capacity/Resource planning and management
Liaison with cross functions across the organization addressing the needs of the team members
To own corporate initiatives aimed at operational improvement (SIP/ Best practices/ Audit
documentation etc)
Planning & Mobilize of teams in the field as per roll out schedule.
Team building and motivation to the filed resource to execute systematic delivery in the field.
Monitoring - Installation with Quality, Commissioning & Integration for Huawei- Project.
Co-ordinate with customer for the site to be executed. pre-sales activities, consulting services and products - Developed projects’ scopes (SOW, scope of work) and prepared proposals.
Performed competitive analyses.
BOQ preparation along with pricing proposal.
Interface with customer in SOW/Commercial discussions.
Deliver on SLA commitments based on the contract
Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Reporting of SLA performance
Proactive management of business / operations trends.
Forecasting business volume, capacity planning
Create and improve process guidelines and framework.
Drive adherence and compliance to organizational / quality standards.
Formulate action plans for consistent service delivery quality.
Create preventive / corrective action plans on Customer or Client comments / feedback .
To manage revenue and cost drivers.
Operate on planned budget.
Working with internal / client teams on Invoicing, AR and PO.
Prepare monthly / quarterly revenue / margin projections.
